At Scabal, we are committed to your complete satisfaction; if your luxury garment does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with all security tags and artisanal packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Scabal account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Scabal box and include the completed return form along with the original invoice to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box and schedule a complimentary courier pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master tailors have inspected the returned items to confirm their original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
